I think I have to start with what I’m not. You might read some fitness tips here which could be construed as medical advice. See my post on starting a fitness program for just how slow you should take it and what can happen if you don’t! I generally try to draw your attention to any concerns you should be aware of in posts. I’m not a personal trainer or a medical doctor, so check with your’s first! However, I do have a PhD in cell and molecular biology and a background in physics and chemistry, so you won’t find junk science here. Adapt anything as you see fit so that it works for you.
